Goals, Grandiose and gradual

                                                            GOALS

                                                           




On this page I am going to list all my my goals and track my progress. I'm not just talking about weight related goals alto i expect they will feature pretty regularly.Other goal categories I'm including are : Fitness, Money, Family, Education and health.







BIG LONG TERM GOALS (NEXT 5 YEARS) 
FITNESS: To run a marathon
EDUCATION= Complete access course and level 3 counselling, Complete nursing degree
FAMILY: have another child
WEIGHT: maintain 95lbs except if pregnant then allow weight gain max 30lb=125llb
MONEY: Save/ Acquire enough money to go aboard as a family
HEALTH ; be healthy enough to safely carry baby








BIG GOALS TO COMPLETE BY SEPTEMBER2012


WEIGHT= To return to 95lbs and size 2


FITNESS= To be able to run for 1 hour at 5 mph


MONEY= ?????


FAMILY= Become confident as a mother


EDUCATION= Complete counseling level 2, Complete pre access course, complete maths and English level 2


HEALTH= To have a hb1c blood test come back in a normal range and then stay there.




                                                                  








MEDIUM GOALS: TO BE COMPLETED BY END DECEMBER


WEIGHT= loose 40lbs 120


FITNESS= Work swimming in to my schedule once a week,Be able to run a mile with out stopping


MONEY=Look into upgrade dla, apply for grant.look into using respite care £ ,


FAMILY=Spend at least an hour after school 1 on 1 with Levi.Outside activities at least 2x a week


HEALTH= Have record to show doctor of blood sugar/insulin/diet


EDUCATION=Have an established study routine,Have no more then 20 absences from college.
