Fri 12=395
Sat 13= not recorded so assume 1500+
Sun14=not recorded so assume 1500+

Fri 19th Today
Over all its not that bad-i dunno how much ive lost in that time-not much! In total ive lost 19lbs-I think in around 8 weeks(that wud avarage at 2.3lb a week)
